Anger is a very normal human emotion, but it is also one of the most difficult emotions to own and balance. Often this comes from a childhood where it was considered "bad" or inappropriate to express anger or rage. Lacking positive guidance on how to deal with these very natural emotions, many people carry pent-up anger and rage that they are afraid to express or barely realize because they have buried it so deeply. This kind of buried anger can often act as a barrier to releasing other emotions that are deeper layers.

How to use this essence:
A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two and four times a day. We typically suggest that to get the most benefit from your blend, you take it straight from the stock without further dilution - this gives the essence the deepest acting effect. We usually recommend that you finish the entire bottle before seeing if more of that particular essence or another is needed. Preferably, take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink. We do not normally recommend giving the Essences of Divine Harmony to children under the age of 12.
Storage advice - It is best to store the vibrational medicine in a cool place, away from TVs, cell phones, microwaves, computers, etc.
How long does a bottle last - 10ml : there are approximately 200 drops in a 10ml bottle. This equates to about 50 doses (4 drops on the tongue) and when used 4 drops 4 times a day lasts approximately 12.5 days. 25ml: There are approximately 550 drops in a 25ml bottle. This equates to about 136 doses (4 drops on the tongue) and when used 4 drops 4 times a day it lasts approximately 34 days.
How Many Essences Can I Take?
Each of the Divine Harmony Essences is a powerful combination of at least 5 different essences, so we recommend that you only take one of these combinations at a time. It is generally best to avoid using any of the other deeper action combinations at the same time, although one well-chosen combination of Bach Flower Remedies can be very favorable when used together with the Essences of Divine Harmony.
