when to use
Inner harmony is a state created when the heart and mind work together in a balanced partnership in which the heart\'s knowledge is given equal status with the mind\'s. In today\'s activity-oriented society, recognition of the importance of this balance has all but been lost, with the result that many people overexert themselves in the outside world and are no longer able to slow down enough to meaningfully connect with themselves on an inner level. This very common pattern often manifests as an emotional or mental \'squeezing\', an overactive mind or simply an inability to relax and \'switch off\'.
This combination will help promote a state of inner relaxation in which new perspectives become possible as mind and heart consciousness come into greater balance.

How to use this essence:
A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two and four times a day. We typically suggest that to get the most benefit from your blend, you take it straight from the stock without further dilution - this gives the essence the deepest action effect. We usually recommend that you finish the entire bottle before seeing if more of that particular essence or another is needed. Preferably, take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink. We do not normally recommend giving the Essences of Divine Harmony to children under the age of 12.
Storage advice - It is best to store the vibrational medicine in a cool place, away from TVs, cell phones, microwaves, computers, etc.
How long does a bottle last - 10ml : there are approximately 200 drops in a 10ml bottle. This equates to about 50 doses (4 drops on the tongue) and when used 4 drops 4 times a day lasts approximately 12.5 days. 25ml: There are approximately 550 drops in a 25ml bottle. This equates to about 136 doses (4 drops on the tongue) and when used 4 drops 4 times a day it lasts approximately 34 days.
How Many Essences Can I Take?
Each of the Divine Harmony Essences is a powerful combination of at least 5 different essences, so we recommend that you only take one of these combinations at a time. It is generally best to avoid using any of the other deeper action combinations at the same time, although one well-chosen combination of Bach Flower Remedies can be very favorable when used together with the Essences of Divine Harmony.
