Shipping ports

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products, destination and the total value of the order.

The value of the postage is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order.

Delivery

Orders will only be sent via DHL, after confirmation of stock and payment and as soon as possible. Processing time may vary between 2 to 5 working days, and as soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped.

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with confirmation and details. The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer.

Average delivery times are 5 to 15 working days, depending on the destination of the order. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery, whether by DHL or customs.

We ship all over Europe and other parts of the world.

As the transport service is carried out by DHL, possible delays in deliveries cannot be resolved by eradaluz.pt, and in these cases it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery times.

We are based in Euskirchen, Germany (Europe) and the customer is responsible for paying any additional duties, customs, charges or taxes required by the destination country for delivery. No customs charges will apply to orders delivered to EU countries.

If, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items is not in compliance, he is requested to contact eradaluz.pt immediately via email.Support@ eradaluz.pt,indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all the items, so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.

SHIPMENTS REFUSED
If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any fees the order may incur and for the cost of shipping it to our address in Germany. This amount will be taken from the total refund of your order.
